Original Award Certificate DescriptionIf you have completed a certificated award at Sheffield Hallam University, you will normally receive your certificate soon after, by post. This Original Certificate product is only for alumni who have not received their certificate within the criteria below. If you have recently completed your course and are waiting for your certificate, you will receive an email telling you when this has been sent. If you received your certificate safely but it is now lost or damaged, please see the Replacement Certificate product listed separately. If you meet the above criteria, you can order this zero-cost item. You will be asked to enter your authorisation code on the next page. Award certificates are legal documents so only one copy can be ordered, and will be supplied as a hard copy. We aim to produce and dispatch the award certificate within 10 working days, plus postage time. Delivery times will vary according to the destination. We are not able to offer a fast-track service.
