The Course Syllabus document contains an overview of the course and syllabus studied at SHU, including a programme outline and module information (where available). The syllabus will be supplied as a protected PDF document. Staff undertake this service on a "best endeavour" basis, but at times it may not be possible to provide all of the requested information due to changes to records systems over time. Where we are unable to meet your request for a Course Syllabus, we will issue you with a refund. Syllabus requests will be provided within 4 weeks of the order date. If you only require a list of your grades and modules then please refer to the Results Transcript product as an alternative to a Course Syllabus Request. Current Students (inc. those graduating this year) You can obtain your current syllabus information from your college at no cost. Original Award CertificateDescriptionIf you have completed a certificated award at Sheffield Hallam University, you will normally receive your certificate soon after, by post. This Original Certificate product is only for alumni who have not received their certificate within the criteria below. If you have recently completed your course and are waiting for your certificate, you will receive an email telling you when this has been sent. If you received your certificate safely but it is now lost or damaged, please see the Replacement Certificate product listed separately. Award certificates are legal documents so only one copy can be ordered, and will be supplied as a hard copy. We aim to produce and dispatch the award certificate within 10 working days, plus postage time. Delivery times will vary according to the destination. We are not able to offer a fast-track service.
