A Results Transcript is an official document that details the modules you studied and the marks you achieved during your course. Details of any award you gained will also be included. Results Transcripts are affixed with a Sheffield Hallam University date stamp and will be sent to you electronically.

Your order includes a PDF copy of your transcript sent to you by email If you require a hard copy of your transcript then please contact [email protected]
If you still have access to My Student Record, you will be able to print off your own Results Transcript from the My Results page
Upon completion of a course, an Academic Transcript is sent with your Award Certificate. Academic Transcripts are basic versions of Results Transcripts
Results Transcripts for study prior to 2003 are manually produced from archived records (where available), and these can take up to 8 weeks to produce, please bear this in mind when placing your order
Results Transcripts are not issued for PhD courses (they don't have module results)
The order must be placed by the student who gained the credit/award. No third-party orders are permissible
We aim to produce your results transcript within 10 working days (or 40 days if prior to 2003) We are not able to offer a fast-track service
