Restorative practices for inclusive and learning organisations

Description

Restorative practices for inclusive and learning organisations: how to support culture of Respect, build organizational Resilience and to Restore good working relationships (3Rs)

Restorative justice has its roots in a novel approach in the criminal justice system, but has since spilled out into other areas of organizations, like local authorities, schools and healthcare. From improving rehabilitation and victim outcomes to building new trust-based and learning organizational cultures, this approach has attracted a lot of attention, giving grounds for changes in the managing stakeholders,  HR procedures and building leadership capabilities. Implementation of Restorative Culture can be challenging and we highlight key issues to consider.

This course will highlight the changing nature or world of work and services in public and private sector, showcase a range of application of restoration practices in this setting, showing specific tools public sector professionals can use in their daily work as well as give an opportunity for the to use these to analyse wicked issues in their own practice and create action plan.

All sessions take place online.
