Replacement Award Certificate Description£35.00 All Replacement Certificates come in an Award Pack, accompanied by an Academic Transcript (where applicable*) which shows the basic details of your modules and results. *Doesn't include Research awards, collaborative partner awards prior to 2014, or Sheffield Hallam University awards prior to 2004 If you have any queries or need to contact a member of the certificates team in Registry Operations, please email [email protected] Before ordering, please note the following information: • Your original award certificate must be lost or damaged • Your award must have been gained after 1992 • If you never received your original award certificate and it's been less than a year since you finished your course, please check the My Certificate and Graduation page on My Student Record for further details rather than ordering a replacement • The order must be placed by the student who gained the award. No third-party orders are permissible • We can't provide digital copies of award certificates
