Description

PALA Conference (26-29 June 2024) is being organised by Sheffield Hallam University’s Stylistics Research Group. The theme of the conference is “stylistics in the world”.

The Poetics And Linguistics Association (PALA) is an international association for those who work in stylistics, poetics, language and linguistics.

The 2024 Conference will take place from June 26th – 29th of June 2024 at Sheffield Hallam University, UK. 

The conference registration includes:
- Attendance all conference papers, panels, SIGs, and keynotes
- Lunches on Wednesday 26th, Thursday 27th, Friday 28th, Saturday 29th June
- Refreshments each morning and afternoon (with the exception of the morning of 26th June). 
- Attendance at the Opening Reception on Wednesday 26th June
- Attendance at the Drinks Reception at the National Video Game Museum on Thursday 27th June (sponsored by the Department of Culture and Media at Sheffield Hallam University).
