Detailed Description
For Tuition Fee Invoices and library fines, you can pay via our dedicated payment site at https://payments.shu.ac.uk
Enter the total to pay above (inclusive of VAT) and click Add to Basket .
We accept most major debit and credit cards, except for American Express.
On the next page, you will need to select the invoice type (see the links below for examples) and enter your Customer Number and Document Number from the invoice

Important Information
Do not change the quantity. The system will only allow 1 invoice payment per transaction.
This system will not allow you to view your account balance, due date or amount(s) due.
VAT (where applicable) has been applied to your invoice and is accounted for centrally by the University. Any amount for VAT will not be reflected in the confirmation of payment from the system.
Amounts paid will not be reflected in your account until the following working day.
Payment through this product is for amounts already due to Sheffield Hallam University or its subsidiary, SHU Enterprises Ltd. As a result, there are no refunds for this item and by paying, you are expressly waiving the normal cancellation period. If you wish to dispute an invoice, please use the contact details given on the front of the invoice.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
