Students cannot get a SHUcard until they are fully enrolled. All new students will receive an email link to the online form after they have been fully enrolled. New students can apply via Log in to the portal (shu.ac.uk)

Purchase this item to receive a new or replacement Student SHU Card. Please make sure you select the correct category below.

Staff should use the Access category to request access for a student to secure areas.

Expired Cards

If you are ordering a replacement for an expired card you will need to upload a picture of your expired card, showing the expiry date. This picture must be in a Word (.doc or .docx) or PDF document and the file size must be under 2MB. Failure to do so will result in your order being cancelled.

HWLS "Hello I am..." Cards

To allow production of these placement cards, you must have, or have previously had, a student card. If you require a student card, please order one before ordering your placement ID card.

Name Change

You must have changed your name on your student record via Hallam Help before you order a new card.
