Details of any award you gained will also be included. Results Transcripts are produced on official University transcript paper and are affixed with a Sheffield Hallam University date stamp.
If you have any queries or need to contact a member of the certificates team in Registry Operations, please email [email protected] Before ordering, please note the following information: | • | Your order includes five (5) hard copies, and one (1) electronic copy | | • | If you still have access to My Student Record, you will be able to print off your own Results Transcript from the My Results page | | • | Upon completion of a course, an Academic Transcript is sent with your Award Certificate. Academic Transcripts are basic versions of Results Transcripts | | • | Results Transcripts for study prior to 2003 are compiled from archived records (where available), and these can take up to 6 weeks to produce | | • | Results Transcripts are not issued for PhD courses (they don't have module results) | | • | The order must be placed by the student who gained the credit/award. No third-party orders are permissible | | • | If you require more than five (5) hard copies, you will need to place an order for additional results transcripts | | • | If ordering multiple items for a courier delivery, please select 'Courier' for only just one item, and 'Standard Post' for all others - all the items will be shipped together via courier | | • | We aim to produce your results transcript within 10 working days (or 30 days if prior to 2003), plus postage time.
