On Campus one day Conference in partnership with Sheffield MIND:

Working with people with Hoarding Behaviour: the interface between capacity, safeguarding and the multi-agency context

 This one-day regional conference is a collaboration with Sheffield MIND and will bring together keynote speakers and offer workshops on a range of topics. Core themes for the event will be:

• Recognising and exploring the complexity of engaging with and supporting people with hoarding behaviours
  
  
• Discussing the legal issues regarding consent, decisional and executive capacity and the interface with safeguarding
  
  
• Support for practitioners when engaging with supporting people with hoarding behaviours
  
  
• Learning from safeguarding adult reviews

The focus will be on sharing good practice, identifying some of the challenges and sharing ideas for taking practice forwards.
